AGRO-SUD BEAFRICA
AGRO-SUD BEAFRICA is building a sustainable agricultural future in Central Africa by connecting farmers, communities, and markets through innovation, responsibility, and collaboration.
At AGRO-SUD BEAFRICA, our mission is to always satisfy the diversity of consumer food needsas best as possible and preserve the planet, by developping an innovative co-operative, creating shared value and meeting the aspirations of our farmer members and ou employees.
AGRO-SUD BEAFRICA (AGROBA) was established in December 2023 under Central African law, registered with the RCCM (CA/BG 2023 B 2476) and the Central African Agency for Vocational Training in Entrepreneurship (ACF-PE).
We are governed by the OHADA Uniform Act on the law of commercial companies and economic interest groups, as well as national regulatory provisions. Our company focuses on agricultural value chains — including crop and livestock production, processing, and marketing.
Our strength lies in the expertise of our founder and General Manager, who previously served as Programme Officer for FAO and managed multiple agricultural portfolios in CAR and São Tomé & Príncipe. From 2009 to 2012, he successfully operated a PETERSIME hatchery with a capacity of 16,800 hatching eggs, supplying chicks to small poultry farmers in Bangui before operations were disrupted by political unrest.
Today, with the return to constitutional order, AGRO-SUD BEAFRICA has been relaunched as a Simplified Action Company (SAS), ready to drive agricultural growth and food security in Central Africa.
